Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dependable Transportation Aide - PRN to ensure residents are safely transported to appointments and activities, while delivering attentive care. The role requires professionalism, patient care skills, and safe driving practices at all times.

In this position you will Safely Transport Residents to medical visits, monitor safety and comfort, observe changes and report concerns, assist with mobility, and support CNA duties when not transporting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Pass DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Strong communication, patience, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable caregiving and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
