Job summary

We are seeking a Transportation Aide for a skilled nursing facility in Myerstown, PA. This PRN role offers a Day Shift with Saturdays requirement and pays $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include transporting residents to appointments, assisting with transfers, and communicating with nursing staff to coordinate schedules. Benefits and a tuition assistance program are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CNA license required.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and escort services for residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary destinations.
• Assist residents with safe entry and exit from the vehicle.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during transport.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding transport schedules and resident needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the transportation vehicle.
