Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to oversee the social services operations for residents at our St. Louis properties, coordinating resources and programs that promote independence and quality of life.

The role requires travel between properties with a valid driver’s license, and involves building relationships with community agencies to connect residents with essential services.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, case management, supportive housing, resident services, healthcare, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Connect residents with community resources and supportive services.
• Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate resident programs, educational workshops, and community events.
• Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, financial assistance, and other valuable resources.
• Support resident independence while helping create a welcoming, engaged community.
• Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation.
