Job summary

Inspired Living at Sun City Center in Florida is seeking a part-time Resident Experience Coordinator to plan and oversee resident activities, coordinate internal and external events, and build monthly calendars to engage residents.

You will manage entertainment within budget, coordinate transportation, work with management on event marketing, ensure safety, and foster teamwork across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Must have proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing; orient residents to activities.
• Coordinates and carries out resident activities daily within budget; develops monthly activity calendar.
• Plans quarterly events that may be used for marketing; coordinates with Community Relations Director.
• Provides transportation for resident activities and coordinates outings and medical visits.
• Ensures safety compliance and assists with investigations and communications as needed.
• Fosters teamwork, shows initiative, and supports residents, coworkers, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
