Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Resident Experience Coordinator to create engaging experiences for residents and lead a proactive activity program. You will get to know each resident, welcome newcomers, and craft a monthly calendar of intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual activities.

You’ll coordinate outings and partner with local vendors to enhance community life. Join a team that values creativity, relationships, and a positive culture while managing budgets and driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Business, Recreation, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• At least 3 years of assisted living or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident and uncover interests, passions, and goals.
• Welcome new residents and introduce them to the program’s opportunities.
• Create and lead a monthly calendar of activities based on residents’ interests.
• Coordinate daily activities, events, and celebrations that residents want to attend.
• Build relationships with local entertainers, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate resident outings and transportation needs.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing for memorable quarterly events.
• Promote activities to increase participation across the community.
• Manage the activities budget and supplies decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, connected, and exciting community atmosphere.
