Qualifications

• Experience leading programs or activities in senior living is preferred.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple events and activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each resident and discover interests, passions, and goals.
• Welcome new residents and introduce them to the activity program.
• Create and lead a monthly calendar of engaging activities.
