Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Part Time Resident Program Assistant in Jupiter, FL. The role involves assisting the Resident Programs Director to create, initiate, facilitate, and coordinate recreational and educational activities for residents, with weekends required and occasional evenings for events.

Transportation support is provided as needed. No programming experience is necessary, but strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for engaging residents

• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Active, valid driver’s license is required.
• Excitement and enthusiasm for fun activities and encouraging participation.
• Patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions or answering questions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation when needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
