Job summary

Inspired Living is seeking a Part-Time Resident Experience Coordinator at Sun City Center to manage and coordinate resident activities, build monthly calendars, and arrange entertainment within budget. The role emphasizes engaging residents in intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social activities.

You will lead move-in orientation, oversee daily events, and collaborate with management to ensure safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and within 7 days of move-in to tailor activity participation.
• Coordinate daily resident activities within budget and develop monthly activity calendars across intellectual, physical, spiritual and social needs.
• Organize quarterly events that may serve marketing purposes in collaboration with Community Relations Director.
• Provide and staff transportation for activities and medical trips; schedule outings on the monthly calendar.
• Ensure safety and compliance; support injury investigations and communications with care providers and management.
• Foster teamwork, take initiative to support residents and co-workers, and perform other duties as assigned.
