Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math is required for noting measurements and counts.
• Ability to respond to audible signals and alarms, and to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplies from vendor and review order for accuracy.
• Tag appropriately and secure supplies in stock room.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units per schedule.
• Maintain adequate supplies for nursing department.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures.
• Maintain resident unit and nursing work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Promote positive public relations for the facility.
• Perform other tasks as required.
