Otterbein SeniorLife in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care in our communities. You will assist residents with daily tasks, support the nursing team, and help residents maintain independence with dignity.

The role offers Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions with a 2nd shift and pay starting from $18.50/hour plus $3.00 shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shift, plus generous benefits and growth opportunities through Otterbein’s

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
