U-Haul is seeking a part-time Reservation Manager Agent in Midwest City, OK. The role focuses on supporting customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservations and equipment distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will balance regional inventory and ensure accurate reservations while assisting with U-Box products. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing customers’ equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
