Job summary

U-Haul in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships by handling reservations and coordinating equipment distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, direct equipment to meet demand, and help balance regional inventory for future needs while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
