Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Yuba City, California, is seeking a part-time Reservation Manager Agent (20-30 hrs/week) starting at $17.00-$17.50 per hour, DOE. Join a team focused on outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment with daily variety.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating equipment reservations and placement, supporting field teams and U-Haul dealerships, and reviewing reports to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, reservations and contracts that support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
