The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for the D'Iberville, MS location to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast and accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading and stocking, operate BOPIS/SFS, and maintain a well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery; ensure in-stock conditions.
