Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a temporary part-time Customer Service Team Member. You will deliver friendly service, help customers shop, and process checkouts with accurate cash handling.

You will engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop, ensuring a fast checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrollments included.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes; maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; comply with SOPs and company policies.
