Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our D'Iberville, MS store. You will help customers locate products, assist with checkout, and participate in truck unloading and stocking to keep the floor well merchandised.

The role supports omnichannel processes and store recovery to uphold our brand promises. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable working nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
