Job summary

Bend Park and Recreation District is seeking a part-time specialist to manage park shelter rentals, internal requests, and other park use processes. You will handle event requests, certificates of insurance, and rental agreements while answering a shared phone line and email inbox.

The role supports the rental and event team, reviews feasibility, assists with budgets, and coordinates with city partners. A valid Oregon driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rental processing and customer service for park facilities.
• Review event requests, insurance certificates and rental agreements.
• Coordinate with custodial and facilities divisions for logistics.
• Manage reservations, including site maps, insurance and permits.
• Monitor revenues and assist with budgets and costs.
