Bend Park and Recreation District is seeking a full-time Rental and Event Specialist to manage end-to-end rentals and community events across district facilities. You will evaluate new requests, ensure documentation and park guidelines are followed, apply fees, and lead pre/post-event meetings while serving as the primary contact on event days.

The role requires customer service excellence, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the Bend area.

Formación

• High school graduation or equivalent; two years of related experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training.
• English, grammar and composition.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred with a language assessment.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver's license within 30 days with acceptable driving history.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale rentals and community events in parks.
• Evaluate new event requests and determine feasibility in the park or facility.
• Review and approve event logistics plans, site maps, rental agreements, and certificates of insurance.
• Serve as district representative before, during, and after event rentals; build relationships with organizers and vendors.
• Monitor program revenues and expenses; collect data to inform costs and budgets.
• Operate computer software to manage programs and run reports.
