Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join our remote, multidisciplinary team.

You will exclusively provide behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children and adolescents, focusing on ADHD and anxiety, synthesizing information, and delivering clear recommendations to families. This role does not include ongoing individual therapy, but offers deep expertise in assessment within Clarity’s collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or PhD/PsyD with license
• Experience assessing children/adolescents and working with families
• Strong diagnostic assessment, clinical formulation, and treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children and adolescents
• Gather developmental, behavioral, medical, family and school history to inform formulation
• Assess symptom severity, functional impairment, and differential diagnoses
• Integrate data into a clear clinical formulation and recommendations
• Identify safety concerns and perform risk assessment and safety planning
• Provide clear, evidence-based treatment recommendations and referrals when needed
• Communicate findings in an accessible, compassionate manner to families
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams for appropriate care transitions
• Apply assessment protocols with clinical judgment in complex cases
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and training
