Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You will exclusively provide behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and families, with a primary focus on ADHD and anxiety, gathering and synthesizing clinical information to inform care.

This role emphasizes assessment and diagnostic formulation, with no ongoing individual therapy caseload.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed mental health professional with active CA license
• Experience assessing children and adolescents
• Strong diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
• Experience ADHD/anxiety assessment
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
• Comfort with virtual care and structured assessment models

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for children and adolescents
• Gather developmental, behavioral, psychiatric, medical, family, school, and psychosocial history
• Assess symptom severity, impairment, and differential diagnoses
• Integrate data into a clear clinical formulation
• Identify safety concerns and plan risk management
• Provide clear, evidence-based treatment recommendations and referrals
• Communicate findings to families clearly and compassionately
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams for care transitions
• Participate in consultation and quality improvement
• Apply assessment protocols with clinical judgment
