Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking licensed Child and Family Therapists to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You will provide ADHD and anxiety assessments and may lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).

We support clinicians with peer consultation, expert guidance from ADHD specialists, and opportunities to grow through CME/CEU support, regular case consultations, and work within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW) with a master's degree.
• Currently licensed in California and open to licensing in other states; we will support you.
• Experience in integrated care settings and use of evidence-based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable delivering care virtually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
