Clarity Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to exclusively provide behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and families, with a primary focus on ADHD and anxiety. You will distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or psychologist with active license.
• Experience assessing children/adolescents and working with families.
• Strong diagnostic assessment and clinical formulation skills.
• Ability to assess risk and determine level of care.
• Experience administering behavioral health screening measures.
• Clear communication of findings to families.
• Comfort with evidence-based assessment models and autonomy.
• Spanish proficiency with pay differential.
• Experience in integrated pediatric behavioral health.
• Experience conducting virtual assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments for children/adolescents and their caregivers.
• Gather developmental, medical, family, school, and psychosocial history.
• Integrate data into a clinical formulation.
• Assess safety concerns and plan risk management.
• Produce timely, high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams for transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement and calibration sessions.
