Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with LMFT/LCSW/LPCC licensure or psychologist Doctorate with license.
• Experience assessing children and adolescents and working with parents/caregivers.
• Strong foundation in diagnostic assessment, clinical formulation, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Comfort assessing risk, safety, symptom severity, and functional impairment.
• Experience administering and interpreting standardized behavioral health measures.
• Clear communication of clinical findings to families.
• Comfort with evidence-based assessment models and independent clinical judgment.
• Valuing measurement, clinical quality, feedback, and consistency.
• Tech-savvy and committed to virtual care innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and caregivers, focusing on ADHD and anxiety.
• Gather developmental, behavioral, psychiatric, medical, family, school, and psychosocial history for clinical formulation.
• Integrate interview data, standardized measures, collateral information, and records into a clear formulation.
• Identify and assess safety concerns; perform risk assessment and safety planning as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, medical, and care coordination teams to support transitions.
• Participate in consultation, training, calibration, and ongoing quality improvement of the assessment model.
