Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join a remote, multidisciplinary team, focusing on ADHD and anxiety in children and adolescents. You will conduct assessments, gather comprehensive history, and synthesize information into actionable recommendations for families.

This role emphasizes assessment expertise over ongoing therapy, with flexible part-time hours, remote work, and close collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with active licensure in Texas (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience assessing children and adolescents and working with parents/caregivers
• Strong foundation in diagnostic assessment, clinical formulation, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Experience with ADHD and/or anxiety assessments
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear clinical recommendations
• Comfort with a structured evidence-based assessment model and independent clinical judgment
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about virtual care and measurement-driven practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children/adolescents and caregivers
• Gather developmental, behavioral, psychiatric, medical, family, school history for formulation
• Assess symptom severity, functional impairment, diagnostics, and differential diagnoses
• Integrate interview data, measures, collateral information into a clear formulation
• Identify safety concerns and perform risk assessment and safety planning
• Provide families with clear, evidence-based recommendations and next steps
• Communicate findings accessibly and compassionately to families
• Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with care teams
• Support care transitions via coordination with teams and leadership
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and calibration of assessment model
