Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You will conduct assessments and intake evaluations for children and adolescents with ADHD/anxiety, synthesizing history and collateral data to form a clear clinical formulation.

You will provide recommendations and support families in navigating care. This role focuses on assessment rather than ongoing therapy, with a remote-first culture and flexible part-time scheduling

Formación

• Licensed mental health professional with active licensure in CA or ability to obtain other states
• Experience assessing children/adolescents and working with parents/caregivers
• Strong foundation in diagnostic assessment, clinical formulation, and treatment planning
• Experience assessing pediatric ADHD and/or anxiety
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources for clinical recommendations

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children/adolescents and caregivers
• Gather developmental, behavioral, medical, family and school history to inform formulation
• Assess severity, impairment, and differential diagnoses; ensure safe care planning
• Provide clear, evidence-based treatment recommendations and next steps
• Document thoroughly and accurately; maintain quality clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams to support transitions within Clarity’s model
• Apply assessment protocols consistently while exercising clinical judgment
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement activities
