You will help maintain HR records, assist with policy development, and participate in HR projects, contributing to a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.

• Experience with HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by posting openings and screening resumes.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Contribute to development of HR policies and procedures.
