Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a part-time contract specialist in Chicago to handle work orders via phone or email, assigning descriptions, priorities and locations. You will use CMMS systems to distribute, track, and monitor requests, ensuring customer data completeness and satisfaction.

You will maintain regular updates with internal clients, provide daily handoffs to teams and management, and support issue resolution and customer feedback reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience; Required certifications

Responsibilities

• Receive work order requests via telephone or email and create work orders, determining description, correct trade skill set, priority, location, requestor and contact information
• Utilize multiple CMMS systems to distribute, coordinate, track and monitor requests
• Contact customers to ascertain data omitted on work orders and follow up to determine customer satisfaction
• Maintain ongoing contact with Internal Clients to ensure follow through on requests including work order updates and completion
• Provide daily transitions to team and Management to include unresolved issues, main events and quality programs
• Track and assist in resolution of customer issues and follow-up
• Perform random completed work order surveys to provide management with customer satisfaction reports
