Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Associate Sales Coordinator to act as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and internal teams. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, deliver on time, and support the order-to-cash process while maintaining data integrity across ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel. This is a hybrid position based in Kohler, WI, with a temporary contract and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create customer quotations and convert them into sales orders.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring pricing accuracy and delivery details.
• Review order status reports and resolve holds, delays, and discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer and distributor accounts.
• Provide updates on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
