Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking customer-focused professionals for live order operations in a fast-paced setting. This fully remote contract role is based out of Jacksonville, FL, with 8-hour shifts in core business hours and potential weekend requirements.

You will manage live orders, assist customers and service providers, and resolve delivery issues to ensure a smooth experience. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, plus proficiency in Excel/Google

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and escalations.
• Strong computer navigation skills and data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage live orders and ensure service providers are assigned appropriately.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Process refunds, order cancellations, and account updates.
• Follow established support workflows and escalation procedures.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and account-related questions.
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions.
• Monitor active orders and troubleshoot issues impacting completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily logistics operations.
