Trillium Staffing is seeking a part-time, remote Case Manager to support its Absence Management team. The role handles leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, disability events, and workers’ compensation cases with a focus on compliant, timely processing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with third-party administrators, managing a caseload, and ensuring employees receive a smooth return-to-work experience while adhering to FMLA, PFML, ADA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience with FMLA, PFML, ADA, disability benefits, or workers’ compensation preferred.
• Certification in HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for leaves of absence, disability benefits, and workers’ compensation questions.
• Provide comprehensive case management during leave or return-to-work events.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to ensure compliant processing.
• Track leaves, injuries, absences, and return-to-work plans.
• Communicate with employees, managers, providers, and stakeholders regularly.
• Educate on leave procedures, documentation, time entry, and expectations.
