Job summary

isolved is seeking a Leave Specialist to oversee and administer leave of absence requests from initiation to case closure. This role requires a thorough understanding of FMLA, ADA, WC, PWFA, and state leave laws, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

You will coordinate the process, verify eligibility, calculate leave duration, and communicate with employees, HR, and clients. Proficiency with AbsenceSoft and Salesforce helps maintain accurate records and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with leave management systems and reporting.
• 1–3 years in high-volume case management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word (advanced formatting).
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leave cases from request to return-to-work.
• Verify eligibility and coordinate state and client-specific leaves.
• Communicate with employees, HR, and clients.
• Maintain confidential medical documentation.
• Document and update CRM/case systems like AbsenceSoft and Salesforce.
• Generate reports as required.
