Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in Missouri to develop and deepen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and recommending financial solutions.

The role processes transactions, opens accounts, and supports cross-selling across consumer and business banking. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, coordinating with the Retail Banking team to meet client needs while complying with banking regulations and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year banking, client service, or related experience with cash handling.
• Ability to perform lending, sales, or account management.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry using banking software and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and offer appropriate products.
• Open accounts and oversee deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Provide excellent service while handling various banking transactions.
• Onboard new clients with follow-up by mail and phone.
• Collaborate with lending and business development teams to grow client base.
• Maintain knowledge of internal audits, regulations, and privacy policies.
• Answer inquiries about rates, charges, and account information per disclosure rules.
• Process transactions including wires, stop payments, money orders, and checks.
• Support security testing, audits, and compliance exams.
