• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer accounts.
• Balances needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.

• Identifies opportunities and refers clients to specialists to achieve goals.
