Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Casual Registered Dietitian to join our team at Parsons Presbyterian Manor in Parsons, KS. You will assess nutritional needs, plan interventions, and support quality of life for residents, with flexible 9-hour weekly scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed the CDR national exam or eligible per AND requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up dining procedures and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement programs.
