Responsibilities

• Maintain district cash book records and monitor cash receipts and disbursements.
• Sign district checks and act as negotiating officer for regional district borrowing.
• Recommend accounting policies regarding security of district funds.
• Negotiate and contract with financial institutions for banking services.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reports; assist in annual financial audit.
