Job summary

Graco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Scheduler to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by coordinating interview scheduling, managing recruiting logistics, and ensuring accurate recruiting data and documentation. This contract role is located in NE Minneapolis with a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week, for 25 hours per week.

• Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates with timely communication.
• Maintain interview data in Workday and other systems; support onboarding.
