Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a team of five recruiters with scheduling, candidate sourcing, and Workday HRIS tasks. You will serve as a behind-the-scenes engine for the HR team, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruiting records.

The role offers learning exposure to talent acquisition, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a blend of in-office training followed by a flexible hybrid work arrangement in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR—recruiting coordination, scheduling, talent acquisition support, or candidate sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for a team of five recruiters and the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and scheduling with hiring leaders.
• Manage recruiting-related administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the recruiting team.
• Assist with requisition and candidate management within the Workday system.
• Open, post, update, and maintain job requisitions across recruiting platforms.
• Ensure candidate and job posting information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with offer requests in Workday.
• Maintain recruiting records and perform ongoing data cleanup activities.
