Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Part-Time Recruiter with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our remote team. This role is key to identifying and engaging top design and modeling talent for our nationwide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates within the automotive design and modeling sectors
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting roles, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and grow a curated Talent Pool of studio professionals and specialists
• Support bidding and staffing efforts by identifying suitable candidates for specific projects
• Collaborate with studio managers and project leads to align recruiting with project timelines and requirements
• Leverage industry knowledge and networks to attract passive talent and expand our candidate reach

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the automotive or industrial design industry
• Strong understanding of creative/technical roles in automotive studios (e.g., clay modeling, digital modeling, design support)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
