Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting non-IT vacancies– support, sales, marketing, back office and other roles: sourcing, processing applications, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the entire hiring process until the end of probation period.
  • Collaborating with hiring managerson vacancy closure and assisting in decision-making;
  • Helping new hires onboard smoothly: assigning tasks, ensuring all necessities are ready, conducting welcome meetings, and providing support during adaptation.
  • Participating in HR improvement projectsto enhance candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Have 1+ years of experience in recruitment;
  • Know how to source and use various search channels;
  • You're skilled in different interview techniques and can combine approaches;
  • Can write clear job descriptions and candidate communications;
  • Have analytical skills for recruitment/onboarding metrics and salary benchmarking.
