Part-Time Recruiter (Accounting & Finance Focus) – FULLY REMOTE!!

The Greene Group is hiring a part-time recruiter to support a highly focused and flexible sourcing project. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for top talent and ideally prior experience recruiting in the accounting and finance space. ** 2-5ish hours weekly **

About the Role:

• Time Commitment: ~3–5 hours per week
• Work can be done at any time of day, completely remote
• Use LinkedIn to send templated outreach messages

You’ll be provided with:

• Clear search parameters
• Outreach templates and FAQs
• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements:

• Prior recruiting experience (ideally in accounting/finance)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms
• Must be willing to add “The Greene Group” to your LinkedIn profile during the project to lend authenticity to outreach

Compensation:

• Paid per qualified lead (calls scheduled with target profiles) !!
• Bonus payouts for any submitted candidates !!
