Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, scheduling programs, coordinating with schools and vendors, supporting events, onboarding seasonal staff, and preparing meeting documents. The position also involves marketing programs and processing registrations and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in.
• Assists with scheduling programs and reserving facilities.
• Coordinates with schools and vendors for programs.
• Supports special events with scheduling and logistics.
• Onboards seasonal staff and assists hiring processes.
• Prepares documents for Recreation Commission meetings.
• Markets programs and events across platforms.
• Manages program registrations and collects fees.
• Processes online and cash deposits and department warrants.
