Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. invites applications for a Recreation Advisor at the Grafton Job Corps Center in North Grafton, MA.

This full-time position pays $17.75 per hour and requires a High School diploma; an Associate of Arts is preferred.

You will supervise recreation spaces, plan activities, promote a welcoming atmosphere for residents, monitor equipment, and collaborate with center leadership to support student wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of recreation management/physical education experience with youth.
• Valid in-state Driver’s License and insurability.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage recreation spaces (game rooms, lounges, fitness areas).
• Plan and lead recreational activities, tournaments, and social events.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with center leadership and campus staff to support student wellness.
