Job summary

The City of Gridley is seeking a Part-Time Recreation Aide to assist with a variety of programs. Under supervision, you will help organize, lead, and supervise activities for youth and seniors in indoor and outdoor spaces across parks and facilities.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, follows safety procedures, and is flexible to work weekends, evenings, and special events. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required; fingerprinting will be completed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively and supervise youth and seniors.
• Knowledge of recreational programs and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
