Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic math.
• Familiarity with POS and PBX systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers and associates with inquiries.
• Distribute applications to prospective new associates.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for Management.
• File, copy and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain bulletin boards and post schedules.
• Stay familiar with store layout and products.
• Keep work area clean and stocked; follow policies.
