Part Time Receptionist - 1 Day Per Week

We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist for our Tysons Office. This position involves providing high-quality customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, and managing overall office responsibilities. The role requires working 1 day per week, with additional scheduled days as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed.
  2. Answer phones courteously and efficiently.
  3. Support Human Resources with special projects.
  4. Maintain office equipment and supplies.
  5. Organize conference rooms, kitchen, and office spaces.
  6. Manage mail, FedEx packages, and company phone list.
  7. Assist in setting up meetings and preparing for board meetings.
  8. Coordinate parking and building concierge services.
  9. Maintain committee calendars and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of office or reception experience, including customer service and multi-line phone handling.
  • Banking experience is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team-oriented and able to communicate clearly over the phone and in person.
Working Conditions
