Dave Wright Subaru in Iowa is seeking a part-time Receptionist for evening and weekend shifts to manage the switchboard, greet callers, and provide basic information while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

This role requires strong communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask with customers, vendors and employees. A drug screen and background check are required.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees, while multitasking.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Part Time Receptionist Hours

Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays, 8:0am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
