Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for evening shifts in Hiawatha, IA. Shifts include Monday 5:00pm–8:00pm, Thursday 5:00pm–8:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm.

You will operate the switchboard, greet callers, and provide basic information with a friendly, professional approach. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while collaborating with managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask while working with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays, 8:0am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Part Time Receptionist Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees, while multitasking
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
