Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is hiring a part-time receptionist to join the team in Hiawatha, Iowa. The role supports daily front-desk operations, answers calls, routes inquiries, and assists customers with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Evening and weekend hours are available, with opportunities to grow within the dealership. Strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred for coordinating with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and work with customers, vendors and employees.
• Willing to submit to drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Work with department managers on a daily basis.
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry.

Part Time Receptionist Hours

Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
