Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a part-time receptionist to greet callers and handle the switchboard with professionalism. You will provide information, assist customers, and support office operations with data entry and routine clerical tasks.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and teamwork with managers and staff to keep the front desk running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees, while multitasking.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Work with department managers on a daily basis.

Part Time Receptionist Hours

• Monday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm


• Thursday Evenings, 5:00pm-8:00pm


• Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm

Part Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard telephone system


• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold


• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
