Job summary

Dave Wright Auto is seeking a Service Receptionist to handle service calls, schedule appointments and support the service department. You will assist with warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts.

Ideal candidates will have strong administrative and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Background checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and schedule appointments
• Provide administrative support to the service department
• Assist with warranty claims
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
• Communicate with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
• Stay up to date with all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
• Assist the Sales team with the we-owe process
• Assist with loaner vehicles
